I’m guessing that not everyone knows about all of the farmers Ken and Brian work with here at Pachamama’s. Since taking a break from the blog to get married, and transition into my new role as GM here, I thought that this would be a perfect opportunity to launch back into blogging by highlighting all of the wonderful local produce and specialties that come into the restaurant.
This is a picture of the beautiful quail eggs we have been purchasing from Clyde Puckett! Clyde has been hatching chickens and ducks in McLouth, Kansas for over 25 years, and just this past year, he decided to try his hand at raising quail. Aren’t they magnificent looking?
