- Two high-definition Blue-Ray projection screens with PC inputs (ideal for slide shows or presentations).

Fees and Catering Charges
Room rental: (1/2 room= 75 guests or less, full room= 75-250 guests)
Tuesday-Thursday: Day/Night 1/2 room= $300/$500, full room= $500/$800
Friday: Day/Night 1/2 room= $500/$1000, full room= $800/$1500
Saturday: Day/Night 1/2 room= $900/$1800, full room= $1300/$2500
Sundays and Holidays $1000, Subject to spending minimum
Service Staff, Bartenders, and Kitchen $20/hour per person
Catering Administration Fee 3%
Food and service tax 8.85%
Liquor tax 10%
THE ALTON BALLROOM
Can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated event.
Is a beautiful, completely unique space, with a polished wood dance floor, rustic brick walls, warm lighting, ample seating, and a natural stone bar.
Serves gourmet cuisine from a Zagat-rated fine dining restaurant. Offers full audio/visual capabilities.
THE CUISINE
Pachamama’s Restaurant is nationally known for its innovative haute cuisine. When we cater your event in the Alton Ballroom, we’ll prepare the same high-quality food and deliver it with professional service.
You can choose to serve an array of appetizers and desserts, a buffet, or a full-service multi-course meal. Pachamama’s Catering Coordinator will work with you to create a menu that reflects your tastes. With your specialized menu selections and Pachamama’s expert staff, your guests will never forget their meal.
THE BAR
The Ballroom’s fully equipped bar allows you to make beverage selections that fit into your ultimate vision (and budget). Whether you opt to offer bottled beers or a keg, a selection of wines and mixed drinks, or even a signature cocktail, we can tailor the bar to suit your every need. Prices vary; see menu for details.
